Response to the Soviet Inciting of Sino-Vietnamese Relations

Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

A Vietnamese student from Moscow University named Ly Tranh Trung said on the 9th that the opinion of Vietnamese students toward the Soviet inciting of Sion-Vietnamese relations is a good thing, but the problem is that Chinese, African, and Indian students wanted to exacerbate the situation.  The Vietnamese students didn't throw anything; it was the Chinese students that lead the clash with the police.  The African and Indian students are used to throwing ink bottles, rocks, etc.  He also said, "I just want to tell you that right now the Soviet stance is that the protest was good, and the Vietnamese students were peaceful, but there were some among the protesters who intentionally caused the conflict, exacerbating things, etc."
