On the Transportation of North Korea's Material Aid for Vietnam

[To the] [Chinese] Embassy in [North] Korea:

Please meet with the [North] Korean side to report that, after consultations with the [North] Vietnamese side, the Vietnamese side has agreed with the shipping plans for the second batch of [North] Korean material aid for Vietnam. Please ask the Korean side to submit the shipping plan and inventory for this batch of materials to us as soon as possible, so that we can make the specific transportation arrangements.
