Передайте КИМ ИР СЕНУ, что Корейское правительство должно сговориться по поставленным в телеграмме вопросам с Китайским правительством и выработать совместные предложения.
Из полученной телеграммы не видно, что предложения КИМ ИР СЕНА согласованы с МАО ЦЗЭДУНОМ.

We received your telegram of July 1, No. 1751.
Transmit to KIM IL SUNG that the Korean government must come to an agreement on the questions raised in the telegram with the Chinese government and together work out the proposals.
From the telegram received it is not apparent that the proposals of KIM IL SUNG have been agreed to by MAO ZEDONG.
