Subject: A commercial enterprise manages the economic interests of the Palestine Liberation Organisation in Beirut, in particular Fateh's.

The Fateh Movements and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) have appointed the African-Arab Contracting Company to manage their economic and financial interests in Beirut, provided that the company's headquarters are located in Cyprus, with only a branch in Beirut. It appointed a man by the name of Khaled Odeh as the Company's general agent in Beirut; the latter is now in Cyprus expecting to return to Beirut once it is certain that the situation is safe for conducting economic activities between the State of Lebanon and the PLO.
