CPSU Central Committee Resolution
On an answer to an address from the International Organization of Labor on questions of conversion and defense industry and related areas
RESOLVED:
The USSR Gosplan, USSR Council of Ministers State Commission on Military-Industrial Questions, and the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, along with the USSR Commission on the International Organization of Labor should review the question and submit proposals to the CPSU Central Committee within three months on a possible answer to the address from the International Organization of Labor on questions of conversion in the defense industry and related areas.
