запуска искусственного спутника Земли.

1. Take note of the report of the Commission on Readiness to Launch an Artificial Earth Satellite.
Launch the Earth satellite in the middle of October of this year.
2. Approve the text of the TASS report on the radio and for publication in the press in the event of a successful launch of an artificial Earth satellite.
