CPSU CC DECREE
Concerning the complete withdrawal of Soviet troops from Mongolia
1. Agree with the ideas presented in the 21 December 1989 note of Cdes. L. N. Zaykov, V. A. Kryuchkov, Eh. A. Shevardnadze, A. N. Yakovlev, D. T. Yazov, O. D. Baklanov, and I. S. Belousov (attached).
2. With the agreement of the Mongolian side the USSR Ministry of Defense and the USSR MFA together with the interested ministries and departments are to conduct negotiations about the amount and time frames of the complete withdrawal of Soviet troops from the MNR, and also about other issues of further military and technical cooperation between the USSR and MNR.
