Expertise of the Bavarian Administrative Court on the Palestine Question
It has become known though a reliable IM [“Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter,” an unofficial collaborator of the MfS] that the Bavarian Administrative Court, II. Senate, has sent an expertise on the Palestine Question to several West Berlin and West German lawyers working with asylum questions with the request for comment.
This expertise was drafted by Professor Dr. jur. Bruno Simma [a Professor of Law at the University of Munich].
The following problems are addressed in this expertise:
- Foundations, Development, and Organization of the PLO [Palestine Liberation Organization]
- The status of the PLO according to International Law
- The PLO and the Law of War
