This document was made possible with support from Blavatnik Family Foundation

[the entire text is handwritten]:

to Cde. Stalin

The following greeting was received from Saracoglu:

“Mr. Marshal Stalin, Chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars.

Moscow

I ask you, Mr. Marshal, to accept the congratulations of the government of the Republic on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the October Revolution.

S. Saracoglu”

A congratulatory telegram from Ismet Inonu to Cde. Kalinin has already been published in our press. I think that the telegram of Saracoglu also ought to be published, although it is not entirely satisfactory.

Molotov

Molotov suggests that Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic Şükrü Saracoğlu's telegram congratulating Stalin on the 28th anniversary of the October Revolution be published in the press.
