Military Attaché A. A. D'yakonov held a reception for a military delegation going to the Soviet Union at the invitation of Marshal of the Soviet Union Malinovsky. Kim Il Sung and Nam Il were also present at the reception.

In his speech Kim Il Sung spoke very warmly about the Soviet Army, the liberator of the Korean people from Japanese occupation, and cordially thanked the CPSU CC and Marshal of the Soviet Union Malinovsky for the opportunity afforded the DPRK military delegation to become familiar with the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union. He also spoke highly of the work of the Soviet military specialists to train KPA personnel and thanked them for the work they had done.

In conversation Kim Il Sung reported that today the KWP CC Presidium heard a report from Kim Il and Ri Jong-ok about the Moscow talks. The Presidium approved the delegations' activity. The Presidium expressed their complete agreement with the CPSU CC proposals submitted at the conference and the documents adopted by this conference.

Kim Il Sung spoke with great satisfaction about the well-organized talks between the DPRK delegation and the Soviet delegation concerning the long-range plan for the economy and the reciprocal deliveries between the USSR and DPRK for 1959-1965, and expressed deep gratitude to the Soviet government for granting all the requests of the DPRK.

Kim Il Sung also spoke warmly of the conversation between Cde. N. S. Khrushchev and Kim Il, Jeong Il-yong, and Ri Jong-ok.

The dinner passed in a friendly, comradely atmosphere.
