I visited Nam Il. At the latter's request Cde. Suntsov, an adviser at the Agricultural Scientific Research Institute prepared a production plan of a cooperative which Nam Il sponsors. The production plan for 1956 was drawn up in the cooperative with the participation of officials of the Institute and discussed by the production brigades. After discussion of the plan at Nam Il’s it was recommended for publication in the Korean press with suitable changes as a model plan for transferring experience to other cooperatives.

After this the issue of pursuing work with the Soviet Koreans was examined with Nam Il in accordance with the 29 December 1955 decree of the USSR Supreme Soviet Presidium about transferring to Korean citizenship. Nam Il agreed to the planned measures and said that he would report them to Kim Il Sung. Nam Il also promised to organize a call for Soviet Koreans to come to the Soviet Embassy for conversations.

Embassy Counsellor Petrov and Chief of the Consular Department Seregin were present at the conversation.
