In accordance with the “Anadyr’” operation being conducted the chiefs of the troop arms and services have developed recommendations about the operation and storage of weapons, military equipment, and ammunition in the conditions of a tropical climate.
These materials have not been distributed to the units formed according to organizational measures.
In submitting the developed recommendations I ask your instructions regarding this question.
