On 13 February the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR adopted a decree concerning the issue of the transfer of the Crimean Oblast' from the Russian FSR to the Ukrainian SSR and submits it to the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet for approval.
