This document was made possible with support from MacArthur Foundation
The Embassy of India presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and has the honour to request that complete list of Indinan Nationals residing in Yarkand and other parts of southern Sinkiang may kindly be made available to the Embassy as soon as possible. Since the Embassy has no facilities for collecting this information regarding its nationals independently an early reply would be appreciated.
The Embassy avails itself of the opportunity to convey to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the assurances of its highest consideration.
The Indian Embassy in China requests a list of all Indian nationals in Xinjiang.
