TO THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE SOVIET UNION
Respected Comrades,
I am expressing to you a request to provide cooperation so that Comrade Forugian, a member of the People’s Party of Iran Central Committee’s Politburo, could be granted the possibility of taking a special study course on questions of organizing Party work under illegal conditions. The PPI Central Committee Politburo has entrusted to Comrade Forugian the task of organizing such work. He will fulfill it under the control of the director of the corresponding Politburo Commission.
