The enclosed, compiled by the main Political administration of the PA [Polish Army], is a bi-annual analysis of hostile radio propaganda prepared at the direction of the leadership of the MND [Ministry of National Defense]. You are requested to familiarize yourself [with it]. I would also like to inform you that the enclosed analysis is based on weekly analyses prepared by the MPA, PA [Main Political Administration of the Polish Army], whose goal is to fulfill the needs of party-political work in the army in efficiently and effectively counteracting hostile propaganda.
