Your Excellency [Zhang Hanfu],

You will recalled that when I saw you on the 18th December 1952 prior to my departure for Pakistan, interalia I discussed the question of the supply of a list of Pakistan nationals residing in Sinkiang. You were good enough to inform me that the list was almost ready and would be forwarded to us soon.

2. I shall be grateful if you would kindly arrange to have the list sent to me now.

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

[Illegible] Raza
