Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary
of the Republic of South-Korea in Vietnam.
Dear Sir,
To realise the spirit of friendship and mutual aid between the South-Korean and Vietnamese peoples, the Woman Assistance Group of the Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces has got 70 tons of rice to be sent to South-Korea for the benefit of the last flood victims.
The transfer ceremony will take place on October 19, 1956, at 10 o’clock a.m., at Saigon Wharf.
We shall be much honoured by your presence at the ceremony to allow us to symbolically present the donation to you, while transportation means are being expected to carry it to your country.
