Surveillance of the North Korean Embassy in Oslo discovered it was the source of illegal import and distribution of spirits and cigarettes, and the illegal activities were directed by the North Korean Foreign Ministry.

With reference to a secret letter from the Chief of Surveillance dated 18 October, with reference number 5534/76/GH/Rræ, the documents on loan are hereby returned in compliance with document register H-jnr. 00841.
