Soviet Ambassador

 

Visit He Vei [sic] and advise that the corresponding Soviet organs will provide assistance in the training of specialists for work in the area of the peaceful use of atomic energy in organized educational establishments in Beijing and Lanzhou.

 

The corresponding competent organs consider it advisable for the PRC government to send 2-3 representatives to Moscow to discuss this issue with Soviet organizations.

 

The Soviet Union will help to train Chinese specialists in the area of nuclear energy.
