Vaughan and Republic of Korea Prime Minister Kwon Chung Il, ROK Foreign Minister Hah Choi Kyu, and ROK President Park Chung Hee. The meetings concerned the construction of the new UNCURK Headquarters building and the ROK officials' desire for Secretary-General of the United Nations U Thant to pay a visit to ROK.
