Main Points of Special Envoy’s Remarks

 

“We are aware that, on the occasion of Foreign Minister Abe’s recent visit, your country spoke of the provision of yen credits for the Baniyas Thermal Power Plant. We are conducting a review to meet your country’s request [TN: part of sentence blacked out]. After persuading the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, we would like to work for a realization of this matter that would be satisfactory to your country.”
