178. Concerning Xinjiang

 

Approve the proposals of Cde. Kaganovich's commission (see attachment).

Rozengol'ts, Litvinov, Grin'ko, Rudzutak - everything; to Mar'yasin - points 9, 10, 11, and VI; Tsyl'ko, III, point 1, V 1-2 (respectively); Serebryakov - IV, point 1, V -7, V 1-2 (respectively); Fomin - IV - 3, 4, and 5; Pakhomov - IV points 4 and 5; Mezhlauk - 1U, point 5; Ordzhonikidze - IV - 5, 7, V - 8, V1; Mar'yasin - P- 7, 1-4-a; Fayzulla Khodzhayev Isayev, Atabayev, and Rakhimbayev - 1-7b, 10; Isakeyev, 1-10; Chernov, Muralov - V -7; Kaminsky - V -7, V 1-2 (respectively); Serebrovsky, Garinov - V 1-2 (respectively).

 

 

 

The Politburo approves Comrade Kaganovich's proposals for further action in Xinjiang.
