Memo

- Regarding terrorist threats to our country

Military Unit 0620

We have intelligence which indicates that in a recent discussion with a Romanian diplomat, Ahmed Abid, the deputy representative of the PLO to Ethiopia’s capital [Adis Ababa], after making harmful remarks regarding Romania’s position regarding the situation in the Middle East, made provocative threats, stating: ‘You should expect reactions from the Palestinians, including certain acts which will be hard to control.’

We know that Ahmed Abid adopts an extremist position regarding the resolution of the Palestinian question.

Report about possible terrorist threats made against Romania concerning its relationship with Palestine and the PLO.
