The Minister of Defense has ordered:
1. Prepare [the following] by 30 September to be sent abroad:
- 10 passenger buses, including: 9 from those stored in war reserves in the Belorussian Miliary District and 1 from the Ministry of Defense motor pool;
- 21 Volga automobiles, including: 10 automobiles from the reserve of the Ground Forces and 11 automobiles from the reserve of the General Staff;
- 31 enlisted drivers, one for each vehicle.
2. Be guided by the requirements of the USSR Minister of Defense Directive Nº 79602 of 13 June of this year for all questions connected with the assignment of drivers and vehicles.
