A CSSR MVD delegation composed [of the following] is arriving to hold talks: First Deputy Minister Cde. Jan ZARUBA, Deputy Minister Cde. Jaroslav KLIMA, Chief of the 1st Directorate Josef HOUSKA, Chief of the 2nd Directorate Cde. Miloslav [sic, previously seen as Miroslav] KOSNAR, and Chief of the 1st Department of the 2nd Directorate Cde. Jaroslav VOSECKY.

from 1430 to 1600 – an exchange of opinions about the results of the cooperation of the KGB and CSSR MVD counterintelligence services during the period since January 1965 and about individual questions concerning the forms and methods of the subversive work of the enemy, the structure and organization of the work of the 2nd Main Directorate of the KGB. The role and place of operational technology and NN [possibly naruzhnoe nablyudenie, surveillance] in counterintelligence work.
