I sent you the changes to the “Regulations Concerning Elections” by telephone, but I forgot to say that I did not look over all the articles of the “Regulations” and therefore am not sure there will not be conflicts with these changes in individual articles. Please look over all the articles of the “Regulations” carefully, bring them into accordance with the changes I sent you, and only then hand the “Regulations” over to the press.
