of the Secretariat of the Central Committee
On a request from the leadership of the People's Party of Iran (PPI)
RESOLVED
1. To approve a request from the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the PPI and agree in principal to the reception of three PPI members in Moscow for conducting a three month course on questions of [Handwritten: "conspiratorial work."]
2. To assign the organization of study for the three Iranian comrades indicated to the USSR Committee of State Security [i.e. KGB]; to entrust their placement, care, and return to Iran to the International Department and Administration of Affairs of the CPSU Central Committee, and to pay all expenses for travel, their stay in Moscow during their study, equipment from the Party budget.
