叶部长327,330两电敬悉。经约见副卿,临时以白宫重要会议改至明晨,钧以事情紧急即见东亚局长,面交备忘录译文兹告以我已答复。联合国秘书长表示竭能协助,未提出兵,彼称未提甚善。钧谓因美国领导援韩,故先商美国对此意见。彼表谢意,询我拟出兵若干及配备如何。钧谓约拟一军尽我所有良好配备供备梦帅统率,但我所有配备当然不及美军或亦不全,美自可补充。运输船只[X]需美助。彼谓当转陈[x]速作答。钧又谓我对美代办所送备忘录已答复。彼云已收到。钧谓我对沿海各岛及澎湖岛等仍在我手与防守台湾[][][x][]自卫计,不能不抗。彼谓此点正在研究。澎湖岛与沿岸小岛或有不同,当由第七舰队或在华府洽商解决办法,钧告以美海军飞机昨在军事要区飞行,台空以事先未联络我曾施放警报遣机应付。几[]误会幸经辨识,[x]事美方似宜派员赴告设联络处以资与我密切联络[]。彼颇形诧异谓全无所闻,但同意有设联络处为安。钧又顺谓我台湾雷达设备欠完善,似须由该联络处携带新式机器[x]装备能辨别敌机与友机。彼允注意一一笔记谓统当转陈再[]云备忘录英译全文,另电谈话内容已告蒋代表。顾OO
