叶部长981号电计[]调遣国军赴韩参战之传说。顷蓝钦公使晋谒杜总统复离白宫时亦备声明否认略谓驻台及其他处。美人虽曾备此议,但并无负责官员或政府机关作此建议云。按此问总统竞选,两党正在积极进行互相指摘护击,政界空气不免日见紧张。以致台北利用我国军之报道引起美官方反感而严词否认属为不幸。顾OO 5/
