To the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union

In February of 1954 comrade Li Qingdong and comrade Shu Fengkui returned from the Soviet Union to China, where they informed us that they are members of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

In the words of Li Qingdong, until 1952 he served in a border patrol, located at that time in the city of Blagoveshchensk; in June of 1952 he was demobilized and lived in the city of Blagoveshchensk.  He had party card No. 2478514, which was given to him by the City Committee of the CPSU in the city of Blagoveshchensk on 1 February 1954.

Before his return to China, Shu Fengkui worked in the city of Khabarovsk in the Administration of the River Fleet on the Amur.  He also had a party card, which was given to him by the cadres sector of the foreign department of the CC CPSU on 15 January 1954.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China requests the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union to verify the accuracy of their requests and send on, if it is possible, their personnel reports.
