叶部长[X]请转呈,据报韩国美军[]须轮流调回美国休息或退伍,颇感前线兵力不足。前日Utah州共和党参议员Watkins因该为炮兵队调赴韩国未经训练即派充步兵前后火线作战,在参院提出抗议并引柯克海将十九日在参院证词指摘美当局拒绝华军赴韩参战,主张速即纠正以舒美陆军兵力之不是。又美出席联合国大会代表,共和党议员Vergs昨表示彼将在会中要求(一)联合国应运用我国军及(二)反对中共参加联合国云。顾OO
