昨与韩国赵代表细谈，彼允电请其政府（一）对迟不同意一点表示歉意（二）对邵充大使表示欢迎（三）对刘以往之协助表示谢意。如韩政府照办，则中韩关系可恢复常态。赵言其总统误会邵有左倾可能，且虑其不能应付联合国委员会。对第一点加解释后，彼已无疑。关于第二点，似可仍由刘充委员谨报府。
