昨与韩国赵代表细谈,彼允电请其政府(一)对迟不同意一点表示歉意(二)对邵充大使表示欢迎(三)对刘以往之协助表示谢意。如韩政府照办,则中韩关系可恢复常态。赵言其总统误会邵有左倾可能,且虑其不能应付联合国委员会。对第一点加解释后,彼已无疑。关于第二点,似可仍由刘充委员谨报府。
