Subject: The KWP’s 6th Congress
The ambassador of the DPRK told me that they have invited a three-member delegation of the People’s National Party to their party’s congress opening on October 10, which is also the anniversary of their party’s foundation. The leader of the delegation is K. S. P. Jantuah, Minister of Home Affairs. With this invitation, the Korean government wishes to organize direct contact between the two parties.
