To Cde. MOLOTOV

 

In our Nº 408-411 (incoming Nº 32938) in point two we reported that in case of a decision is made to form a commission on Korea, it is not advisable for us to take part in it. In your Nº 293 there is no response to this question. If we do not receive an answer by the 30 October session, we will try to avoid this issue without making any statements at this time as to our participation.

 

I request the response via express telegram.

Vyshinsky clarifies that in case there is a decision to form a commission in Korea, it is not advisable for the US and the Soviets to take part. Vyshinsky requests for an answer on this issue.
