On November 1, 1954, the Plenum of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea took place, whose agenda included:

 

  1. Increasing productivity in agriculture;
  2. Electing the party leadership.

 

Comrade Kim Il, member of the Politburo, Vice-President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Agriculture, talked about the first point on the agenda

 

The plenum continues. No documents have been published so far.
