Telegram from the Romanian Embassy in Pyongyang to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bucharest, November 6, 1954, 111.999

 

Between November 1-3, the Plenum of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea took place, which, in addition to the agenda mentioned in our previous telegram, discussed two additional items:

 

  1. The election of a 25-member committee to formulate the party platform.
  2. Organizational issues.
