Have received telegram from the night of [October] 5. The [Party] Central Committee has discussed all questions about North Korea battle operations with Pak Il U. Your office does not need to disclose any opinion to the North Korea side again.

Zhou Enlai informs Ambassador Ni Zhiliang that questions about North Korea battle operations have been discussed with Pak Il-u, making further disclosure of opinions with the North Korean side unnecessary.
