Addressed to the Brothers at Military Planning Bureau in Damascus
Fidonfora, where the comrades had been trained militarily:
The United Front for the Liberation of the Arabian Gulf.
Decided to get rid of some agents in the following locations:
Ras Al-Khaima
Bahrain
Qatar
Dubai
Popular organization established in Shariqa and Abu Dhabi
It was decided that significant action is to be taken to stop the ruler of Abu Dhabi from interfering in the affairs of the revolution in Dhafar – Let us know the number of our young men in the camps to take the military training in order to summon some of them due to our need for them:

Popular Front for the Liberation of the Arab Gulf
The United Front for the Liberation of the Arabian Gulf decides to remove agents in several locations and to work to stop Abu Dhabi from interfering in the revolution in Dhafar.
