A considerable activity is taking place in Jewish circles; this is what I learned about it.
First: Lito Bahout is working actively to smuggle the Jews into Palestine and is working continuously with Deeb Srour and Maurice Litrebona to achieve that.
Second: Most Syrian Jews are trying to liquidate their property and affairs in Syria because most would like to seize the opportunity to go to Palestine; they are at the moment in contact with Palestine for this purpose.
Third: The Toby Inn, located near Tamer Brothers on George Picot Street, has become the headquarters of Zionist agents, and the place where secret meetings are held, and Syrian Jewish agents are received. A permanent close scrutiny of this Pension will reveal the identity of all those who work with the Jews.
