Beirut, May 3rd, 1949
Number 12/ Yesterday at 5:00 PM, a meeting was held at the home of Mr. Hanna Blinkoff on Khalil Basha Street, Aldha’ neighborhood. I saw among the attendees Mr. Ivanov, Calodomina, Bisranco, Sarkissian, Nicolai and Sergei Viss from among the Russian Legation leaders and Ms. Emily Faris, Ra’if Khoury and Antoine Thabit. I have learned from Mr. Ivanov, who left the meeting location at 6:30 PM. He intends to discuss the decisions reached at the International Paris Peace Conference and ways to be taken to ensure the execution of these decisions in Syria and Lebanon.
