Number 76/ Antoine George Kodiekov has lately been making suspicious calls.
This man, who travels with a Jordanian passport, arrived two days ago from Shtoura and is staying at Hotel Postfor in Beirut.
Antoine Kodeikov is in his forties. He is of Caucasian origin and he works in Germany. I have seen him in contact with the Russian priest, Lovin and Boyko, who work for the Soviet Nationals.
And although it is said that this man is one of the Russian Whites who are against the Soviets, still as part of these contacts, he visited Armin Bagdasarov, who also works in service of the Russians under Nicolai Totorin, which is very confusing.

I also became aware that a delegation of Soviet Nationals among whom are Father Franski, Lovin, Sholica and Boyko had met yesterday afternoon with the Russian Ministry representative to discuss various issues concerning the Association, especially the Priest’s much-needed credit and Russian church expenses.
A newly arrived foreigner is making connections in Russian circles in Lebanon.
