Beirut, Jul 19, 1949

 

 

 

Number 110/ The Russian Commission had received books printed in Russia in English, French and Arabic with research by Russian writers against the Marshal Project, attempts by the British and the Americans to start War World Three and about communist forces victories in China.

 

 

 

I also learned that the office of the Cultural Attache at the Commission will take charge of distributing these books to friendly scholars to read.

 

The Soviet legation distribute books in English, French and Arabic arguing against the Marshall Plan.
