The Timeframes for the Abolition of the Imposition of the War Tax
The Council of People’s Commissars decrees:
Abolish the imposition of the war tax everywhere beginning 1 January 1946.
Establish that the deduction of the war tax from manual laborers and office workers is halted beginning with the wages for December 1945.
