On the 1st, I paid a call on [Walid] Muallem, Cabinet Director of the Foreign Minister, and delivered orally the content of the Minister’s special message to Foreign Minister Shara. I requested that he deliver the message to Foreign Minister Shara, at which time he promised to deliver it.
