The recommendations you submitted about the use and storage of weapons, military equipment, and ammunition in the conditions of a tropical climate can serve as guidance in the troops.
These recommendations need to be formalized as an addition to existing instructions and duplicated separately for the troop arms in the required quantity and prepared for dispatch to the destination area through the General Staff.
Attachment: the aforementioned incoming Nº 4471 on 33 sheets,
only to the addressee.
