To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Ant ara said on the 3rd [of December]: The Indonesian government has officially received the notification from the four prime ministers of India, Burma, Ceylon, and Pakistan expressing that they are preparing to attend the Bogor Conference from the 28th to the 29th.

Agence France-Presse reported on the news that Ceylon has already mentioned to Indonesia to not invite China, Japan, Israel, and Turkey to participate in the Afro-Asian Conference. The [Indonesian] Foreign Ministry denied and said that the Indonesian government never received this kind of proposal [from Ceylon], and said that only the Bogor Conference can decide if these countries will be invited to the Afro-Asian Conference; [in addition only the Bogor conference] can decide the agenda of the Afro-Asian Conference.
