I held a dinner at the dacha in connection with the arrival of a USSR Supreme Soviet delegation in the DPRK at which members and candidate members of the KWP CC Presidium, members of our parliamentary delegation, and Embassy counselors were present.
I informed Kim Il Sung, Nam Il, Kim Il, and Ri Jeong-ok that the CPSU CC and the Soviet government, having taking into consideration the desire of the KWP CC and DPRK government, agreed for Cdes. Kim Il and Ri Jeong-ok to come to Moscow at the beginning of July with a group of officials to consult about the draft of the first DPRK five-year plan for 1957 if this time is convenient for the Korean friends.
Kim Il Sung thanked the CPSU CC and the Soviet government and said that the comrades will be in Moscow at the beginning of July 1957.

Puzanov informs members of the North Korean leadership that the Soviet government agrees to the DPRK delegation's arrival in the USSR for economic consultation.
