1 November 1957

I informed Kim Il Sung that the USSR MFA agrees with his proposal to hold talks at the end of November about concluding a Consular Convention, a Convention on the Citizenship of People with Dual Nationality, and a treaty on legal rights. The composition of the delegation and the time of its arrival will be reported separately.

I also informed him that an all-union art exhibit in honor of the 40th anniversary of October opens on 8 November in Moscow. The Ministry of Culture invites one to three artists from the DPRK to visit the exhibit for five to seven days beginning 1 December. A written invitation has been sent to the DPRK Ministry of Culture.

Puzanov informs Kim Il Sung that the USSR MFA agrees to hold talks about concluding various conventions and informs of an art exhibit in Moscow.
