From TROSTNIK[1] to Comrade PAVLOV[2]
Weapons should be transferred to the Cubans after the training on the following timetable:
MSP – 3 to 4 months,
Air Defense and Naval – 8 to 10 months,
Air force – 8 to 10 months,
Missiles “Luna” and FKR with conventional loads will be probably left in Cuba.
